We've been having problems with TISCALI. ie. problems leaving them. I've rung them up, and they say they've cancelled it. And no. they have not. We worked out today that the latest bill they've sent is categorically for after the time by which we'd migrated onto 02. So I ring up again.
During the conversation it transpires that the account is STILL ACTIVE. This is despite the fact I rang up three times last week to ensure it was cancelled.
Lindsay: Well... I've just cancelled the direct debit so you're not getting any money from us anyway.
Little man on the phone: Ummm, thank you so much for your patience. I'm going to put you on hold while I sort this out. *runs off to talk to supervisor*
I really hate these computer systems. I mean, talk about 'computer says no'. Do not ever use homechoice/tiscali. They are categorically the worst provider we've ever had. |
